ANY CUSTOM ORDER ON PARTS, GAMES OR EQUIPMENT ARE NON REFUNDABLE. ALL GAME, PARTS AND RESTORATION DEPOSITS ARE NON REFUNDABLE. THESE SALES ARE FINAL AND THERE ARE NO REFUNDS OR EXCHANGES.
Cancellations and returns that are pre-approved by Hemispheres Amusements will be subject to 25% restocking fees and the cost of the original freight or shipping and return freight or shipping. Refusal to take delivery of any products (excluding damaged products if you took the full coverage freight insurance) will result in a partial refund of 50% of the purchase price, minus applicable shipping and storage costs if any are incurred by the freight carrier. (This excludes damaged products if you took the full coverage freight insurance) Any refused or returned items that are refused due to freight damage MUST be pre-authorized by Hemispheres Amusements. No exceptions. If you refuse an item over torn cardboard and there is no damage to the actual item and no freight claim can be made, you will then need to pay return freight for this item or be subject to the restocking fees listed above.
Please read your shipping email clearly once your product leaves our facility on what to do if your items are damaged.

All new equipment sold by Hemispheres Amusements comes with a factory warranty. This warranty varies by manufacturer. If you are local (within 35 miles of our location) we also include 60 day no charge labor warranty that extends beyond the manufactures parts warranty.
All refurbished equipment sold by Hemispheres Amusements comes with up to one year warranty on solid state components if they are replaced with a new board during the restoration and a 60 day warranty on used (original) logic boards. Our reconditioned games carry a 60 day parts warranty on any playfield moving parts, including flippers, pop bumpers, slingshots, switches, motors and any other moving mechanical assembly in the game. If you are local (within 35 miles of our location) we also include 60 day no charge labor warranty that extends beyond the parts warranty.
Continued customer service is very critical in this business and we are prepared to be there long after the sale. If you are local, your game will always be serviced by us IN YOUR HOME.
