All new equipment sold by Hemispheres Amusements comes with a factory warranty. This warranty varies by manufacturer. New pinball warranties can be found here. If you are local (within 35 miles of our location) we also include 60 day no charge* labor warranty that extends beyond the manufactures parts warranty.
All refurbished equipment sold by Hemispheres Amusements comes with up to one year warranty on solid state components if they are replaced with a new board during the restoration and a 60 day warranty on used (original) logic boards. Our reconditioned games carry a 60 day parts warranty on any playfield moving parts, including flippers, pop bumpers, slingshots, switches, motors and any other moving mechanical assembly in the game. If you are local (within 35 miles of our location) we also include 60 day no charge labor warranty that extends beyond the parts warranty.

* Needs manufacturer approval for labor to be covered on some items. In most cases if it a manufacturer assembly issue you will not be charged labor. We are very good at dealing with the manufactures' since they are local to us here in Chicago. Rest assured if you are local you have a local dealer to stand behind you! We will always come back to your home for any service needs. However, please note that any game NOT purchased form Hemispheres will be serviced, but the games we sell do come 1st! This assures you as a local buyer will be prioritized!
